Frequently asked questions
Can the salesperson send the quote before approval?
No. While the quote is pending approval, the send button is locked. The salesperson can see the flow status and who the pending approver is. This guarantees nothing goes out without the corresponding authorisation.
Can I approve from my phone?
Yes. The request email includes approve/reject buttons that work from any device. You can also access the pending-approvals panel from your phone's browser.
What happens if an approver goes on holiday?
You can manually reassign the approval to someone else from the quote panel. You can also cancel the request and create a new one with another approver.
