Frequently asked questions
Do emails go out from my domain or from DealForge?
They go out from your own domain. You configure DNS records (SPF, DKIM) so DealForge sends on your behalf. The client sees your email address, not DealForge's. This improves deliverability and trust.
Can I tell if the client opened the email?
We currently record the send and the date. Open tracking is on our roadmap.
Can I send quotes to multiple contacts?
Yes. You can add recipients in CC or BCC. Each CC contact is recorded on the quote to keep the context of who's involved in the decision.
