Review the import summary: valid records, duplicates detected and errors found. Confirm to complete the import or download the error report to fix and retry.
Frequently asked questions
What file formats does the import accept?
DealForge accepts .xlsx (Excel), .xls (legacy Excel) and .csv (comma-separated values) files. The maximum size per file is 50 MB, enough for over 500,000 records. If your file is larger, you can split it and import in batches.
Does the import detect and handle duplicates?
Yes. The system compares records by key fields (tax ID for clients, SKU for products) and shows you the duplicates found. You can choose to skip duplicates, overwrite them with the new data or review them one by one.
Can I export quote data with line detail?
Yes. The quote export includes both the header (client, date, total amount, status) and the detail of each line (product, quantity, price, discount). You can export headers only or headers with lines as needed.
Is my data safe if I cancel the service?
You can always export all your data before cancelling. After cancellation, we keep your data for 90 days during which you can request a final export. Your information is never trapped in DealForge.
