Frequently asked questions

Can I fully automate the renewal with no human intervention?

You can automate generating the quote and sending the first email to the client, but we recommend a salesperson reviews each renewal before sending. Some renewals need a price adjustment, scope changes or a conversation with the client first.

How do I handle price increases on renewals?

You can configure automatic increase rules: a fixed annual percentage, based on an inflation index (e.g. CPI) or a custom percentage per client. The renewal quote is generated with the price adjusted according to the defined rule.

Can I see which recurring revenue is at risk?

Yes. The dashboard shows the total value of contracts expiring in each period, segmented by renewal status (pending, in progress, renewed, lost). You can project the expected recurring revenue and the churn rate for each quarter.

Does the system flag clients at risk of not renewing?

The system automatically alerts you when a contract enters the amber zone (64-15 days) or red zone (under 14 days). These visual alerts on the dashboard let you prioritise which accounts need urgent attention before they expire.
